Signs You are Making Intuitively Guided Decisions
1. Gut Feeling: You might experience a sensation in your stomach, often described as a "gut feeling," that guides you towards a particular choice. This feeling is usually immediate and intuitive, without clear logical reasoning.
2. Emotional Response: Pay attention to your emotional response when considering different options. Your intuition may nudge you towards or away from a decision that feels right or resonates positively with your emotions or does not. You clear sensing registers this as a strong feeling.
3. Physical Sensations: Intuition can sometimes manifest as physical sensations such as tingling, goosebumps, or a sense of warmth or calmness when you think about a certain choice.
4. Synchronicities at that time: Notice any synchronicities or meaningful coincidences related to your decision. These could be signs from your intuition confirming that you're on the right path. They do not always come at the timing of the decisions either.
5. Confirmation After the Fact: Sometimes, you may receive confirmation or validation of your intuitive decision after you've made it, such as signs that are meaningful to you, things falling into place effortlessly or a sense of peace and satisfaction. Could be a week or more later or sooner that you notice synchronicities.
6. Clarity and Certainty: Intuitive decisions often come with a sense of clarity and certainty, you just know (claircognizance) that it is correct. Even if you can't explain the reasoning behind them logically.
7. Alignment with Values: If a decision aligns well with your core values, beliefs, and long-term goals, it's likely guided by your intuition, which inherently understands your deeper desires and needs.
8. Subconscious Insights: Intuition can bring forth insights from your subconscious mind,- seems like “out of nowhere” something bubbles up- offering solutions or ideas that you hadn't consciously considered but feel intuitively correct.
9. Signs of Ease or Resistance: Pay attention to whether a decision feels easy and natural or if you encounter significant resistance. Intuitive decisions often flow smoothly, while choices that feel forced or create inner conflict may not align with your intuition.
10. Quiet Inner Knowing: Intuition often speaks softly, like a quiet inner knowing or a gentle whisper. It's important to create moments of stillness on a regular basis and listen to these subtle cues.
